By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full. Booking & Occupancy: * The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the reservation * Maximum occupancy: 6 guests • NO smoking anywhere on the property, including inside the home, balcony and pool/common areas • No parties or events allowed • No pets allowed • Parking is limited to one assigned space only • Please only park in the designated spot to avoid towing at guest's expense • Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the front brick area • NO motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs or over-sized vehicles allowed on the premises as per HOA rules • Please follow all posted pool rules and guidelines • Children must be supervised at all times in pool areas • Please respect the home and neighbors at all times

• The building has an elevator; however, there is a short flight of stairs before accessing elevator • Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request • The pool is not heated • The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is approximately 3–4 miles (about a 10-minute drive) south of the condo * We hope you enjoy relaxing and taking in the fresh air from our wooden porch swing! For everyone’s safety, please use the swing only for its intended purpose and within its intended capacity of 500 lb. Use of the swing is completely voluntary and at your own risk. Please use good judgment, supervise children and take care to enjoy the swing responsibly and safely PARKING • One dedicated parking space assigned to the unit • Please only park in the assigned space to avoid towing • Additional first-come, first-served parking is available in the front of the building's brick area • No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs or oversized vehicles allowed on the premises as per the HOA's rules and regulations
